How do I reserve a site?
Reservations are by phone. Call (972) 632-7413 with your dates and what you are driving, and we will check availability and hold your spot.
What are your rates?
Nightly is $75, weekly is $425, and monthly is $700 plus metered electric. Water is included in every rate. On-site storage is available to rent.
What hookups do the sites have?
Every site has full hookups on an oversized, level concrete pad, with individually metered 30 or 50 amp service and water included.
Can you fit a big rig?
Our pads are oversized and level with room to set up. Tell us your length when you call and we will make sure you get a site that fits comfortably.
Where are you located?
We are at 2685 W Audie Murphy Pkwy in Farmersville, TX, right on Hwy 380 between Greenville and McKinney, less than a mile from Hwy 78.
Do you take monthly and long-term stays?
Yes. The park is set up for any length of stay, and many guests stay by the month. Monthly is $700 plus metered electric, with water included and storage available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved leashed pets are welcome. Please clean up after them and keep them supervised. (Full pet policy to be confirmed with the office.)
Is there fishing?
There is a private pond on the property that we are developing as a fishing amenity. Ask us about its current status when you call.
